FIT 4 KIDS

After School Program – Term 3

The Fit 4 Kids After School Program will continue in Term 3 2011.

A one‐hour session will be held in the Sheldon Sport & Entertainment Centre on Tuesday afternoons from 3.30pm to 4.30pm for children in Prep to Year 4.
This wonderful program continues to grow and gets bigger and better each term. All registered children will have the opportunity to participate in various physical activities. Our program assists in the development and improvement of children’s basic movement and co‐ordination skills while giving them the opportunity to experience a variety of activities to assist with their ongoing participation.
As an additional service for Prep‐Year 1 Sheldon College students, stadium staff can collect those children enrolled in the program from their classrooms at the end of the Prep and Year 1 day. The stadium staff will then escort the children to the Sheldon Sport & Entertainment Centre, supervise their eating of afternoon tea and escort any children, who require it, back to After College Care. If this service is required, please complete the appropriate section below or on the Registration Form.

Registrations

Parents, who have completed a Sport for Life After School Program Registration Form for Term 1 2011 or a Fit 4 Kids Registration Form for Term 2, are not required to complete another Registration Form. Please complete the section below and return to the Finance Office at Sheldon College. Parents, who have children commencing in Term 3, are required to complete a Fit 4 Kids After School Program Registration Form for Term 3 2011 prior to the commencement of this program. Children will not be allowed to participate unless a Fit 4 Kids After School Registration Form is received.

Payment

All Fit 4 Kids After School Program registration fees will be charged to your account. No payment is required until you receive your invoice.

General

All children not participating in the Fit 4 Kids After School Program must be supervised at all times. Children are required to bring casual clothes and shoes to change into after school as well as a drink bottle. We will provide the children with a fruit platter for afternoon tea.

Cost: $100.00 per child per term.

Dates: Commencing Tuesday, 12 July 2011 to Tuesday, 13 September 2011.

As numbers are strictly limited, please complete the section below or the Fit 4 Kids After School Program Registration Form located on the Sheldon Sport & Entertainment Centre website (www.ssec.com.au) and return it to the Finance Office at Sheldon College as soon as possible to secure your place.
