The fully-licensed Sheldon Convention & Entertainment Centre is pleased to have Cove Catering as its catering partner, led by Gerard Franzoni. Cove Catering is a professional catering company offering exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation, as well as outstanding customer service to the hospitality industry.

Mr Franzoni is European trained at the Waldorf Hotel and Savoy. He is also a 2001 Winston Churchill Fellow who has enjoyed many years in function, event and film and television catering.

A full menu, from canapés and breakfast or lunches, to dinners and buffets, is offered. We invite you to peruse the menus, and to contact the Events Team to discuss your ideas and requirements.  All catering items can be served to either Horizons or the Auditorium, with refreshment breaks, or drinks and canapé service, also available for the Foyer and Courtyard.

SPORTS KIOSK - The Sports Kiosk is in the unique position to be able to offer a full-functioning hot/cold food and beverage service from the terrace. Fully-licensed, the Sports Kiosk can serve cold and hot food and beverages, and light snacks, during your event, as required. MOBILE COFFEE CART - The mobile Coffee Cart can be used to serve top-quality fresh coffees to patrons, from lattes and cappuccinos, to espresso and flat whites. The mobile unit can be used anywhere within the grounds to add a special dimension to your event.
